These terms are the agreement between you and FRAZZLED PRODUCTIONS LTD (company number 17258540, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), which runs Plan Bee. By signing in you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we look after your data.

What Plan Bee is

Plan Bee is a free, early-stage service that helps you look for work: it finds and scores job adverts, helps you write CVs, cover letters and answers, and keeps track of your applications. It’s still growing, so features may change, pause or occasionally go wrong. We may add paid options in future, but we’ll never charge you without asking first.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or over and use your own email address.
• Keep access to your email safe, as that’s how you sign in.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Fair use

To keep Plan Bee free and running smoothly for everyone, AI features, searches and emails have limits, such as how many CV check-ups you can run in a week. Plan Bee will tell you when you’ve reached one and when it resets. Please don’t:

• try to get round the limits or use more than one account to do so;
• copy or scrape Plan Bee, or use it to build a similar service;
• upload anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal information without their permission;
• use Plan Bee to mislead employers, for example by claiming experience you don’t have.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why where we can.

AI-written content

Plan Bee uses AI to score jobs and draft text. We ask it to use only facts from your own CV and stories, but it can still make mistakes. You’re responsible for checking anything before you send it to an employer. Scores are suggestions, not advice, and we can’t promise any job, interview or outcome.

Job adverts and other websites

Adverts come from job boards, companies’ own careers pages and job alert emails you forward to us. They belong to their owners, may be out of date, and link to other websites we don’t control. Always check the details with the employer. You apply to employers yourself; Plan Bee never applies on your behalf.

Your content

What you put into Plan Bee, and what we help you write, is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide Plan Bee to you, as described in our privacy notice.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Plan Bee reliable and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is and we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for lost opportunities or income, or for decisions employers make. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If we ever close Plan Bee, we’ll give you notice so you can download your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes.
